Dr. Domb was raised in New Jersey. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Undergraduate School and Tufts University Medical School. He carried out his post graduate education through the University of California San Diego and UC Davis. Dr. Domb has been practicing medicine specific to the diagnosis and treatment of the ear, nose and throat since 1980 and moved to the Northstate in 1997. 

He has undergone extensive training in state-of-the art technology and continues to further his knowledge by attending continuing educational seminars on an ongoing basis. 

Dr. Domb resides in Redding, California with his wife, and he has three lovely daughters that all live in Southern California, pursuing their own dreams.
